“Be still and know that I am God”

“Be still and know that I am God”

Being still is the requisite.

Quieting the mind in search of that which is only lost to you, “The Father”, requires you center your thoughts within. When thoughts of things and doings and bills and other stuff come into the mind, meditation is the force that allows the thoughts to be left unattended to.

Thoughts cause All your suffering. Between thoughts you do not suffer. You only suffer when you have partaken of the “Forbidden Fruit” which is Thought.

The more you seek the Father within, the  more you will know of Him.
